Against non-dodgers, your gun learns 15x faster. It's a good crush-the-weak strategy.
Against dodgers, all the extra data makes your gun more unpredictable. The dodger needs to keep track of 15x times more data as well to turn your gun deterministic behavior against you and push hit rate below random targeting hit rate.
