Talk:Contacts

I'm rather new to Robocode, but I haven't found a page with people's contact information, thus everyone who does robocode is very antisocial or there needs to be a page. I figure people could just add contact information they wouldn't mind being public in this format:

I'm sure some of the closer knit members of the community already know each others contacts, but for newcomers it's rather daunting having nobody to talk to. -- Pseudoprogrammer

The old wiki had a page like this OldWiki:ContactInfo. Should we miagrate that page fully? Or should we only include entries of people who are still known to be active? --Rednaxela 03:19, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

I'm usually all for migrating old content, but in this case, I think we should start fresh. I say we move this new page to Contact Info, then include a link to the old wiki page. Thoughts? --Voidious 03:28, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

Although having our information up here is useful (and I just put my info up btw), I think it benefits the community more if you ask your questions on the wiki, as that way not only will you get answers from everybody, but anybody in the future who has similar questions can see what answers were given in your case. --Skilgannon 07:07, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

I just modified the page a little, to be more like the old wiki. Thought I don't think we need the Bot in rumble field. If we have, then either Kawigi or Iiley come back, then we may see something like

Bots in rumble
FloodHT, FloodMini, FloodMicro, FloodMicro, FloodNano, Teancum, Barracuda, Fhqwhgads, Girl, Coriantumr, Shiz, Lib, FunkyChicken, FunkyLeech

You see my point.

About the page reformatting, I don't think we need ICQ field, as it is very old. Skype is new, and I think more of us will have it. (I don't have either of these, though)--Nat Pavasant 13:58, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

Perhaps "Bots in Rumble" could be changed to "Best Known Bot" or "Top Bot". For example, when I see Shadow I think "ABC" and this association is useful perhaps. -- Pseudoprogrammer
