Experimental bot by Nat, come with Circular Targeting and OcnirpSNG movement. Actually, it's gun was once Gruwel's. I found this out later after have ideas on this robot. My first ideas was when I see my (badly) implement on Mean Circular gun in BlackHole hit Wave Surfer a lot. This bot's gun is really as segmented averaged velocity/heading gun. Later, I found out that it almost same ideas of SRAL.
