Welcome to the Robowiki, Matresscow.
Unfortunately, your robot PrismaticScintillation is not able to be accepted by the RoboRumble because of how it is hosted and the way you added it to the list. Please make sure that the Dropbox account (or wherever else you host robot files) is publicly accessible, that is, it does not require signing in or anything of that nature. Also, make sure that when you add your robot to list, you use the format "[bot name] [bot version],[jar file URL]" (with one space between name and version, and a comma without any spaces between version and URL) instead of "[jar file name],[jar file URL]" as you did with PrismaticScintillation.
