Background Information
- Bot Name
Garm
- Author
- Extends
AdvancedRobot
- How competitive is it?
Its my best 1on1 Bot so far. I'm, quite satisfied with its 5th. place in the Premier League!
Strategy
- How does it move?
It uses a multi buffered TrueSurfing implementation without a Flattener (so far).
- How does it fire?
Is aimes with a relative simple GuessFactor Gun. But the maximum GF-angle calculation includes the calculation of exact (Robocode) physics and BattleField size restrictions.
- How does it dodge bullets?
See TrueSurfing.
- How does the melee strategy differ from one-on-one strategy?
It doesn't have any Melee strategy for now. But its design is capable of multiple Enemies and Teammates.
- Where did you get the name?
It's a nickname of a friend of mine.
