If we want to get nitpicky about terminology, this isn't "segmentation" as the term is usually applied here. Segmentation tends to refer to the categorization of the target's current movement by things like velocity/acceleration/etc. I think this is more "Pyramid bins" --Rednaxela 12:52, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
