ShadowHawk Experiment
Ooh... very interesting to hear about the ShadowHawk Experiment... that certainly makes me feel more optimistic about my melee bot in progress, who while using head-on-targeting outscores HawkOnFire with it's min-risk/bullet-dodging movement. Now I just got to finish my fancy melee gun... :) --Rednaxela 13:18, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, very cool. I didn't expect it to rank quite so high - HoF is truly amazing. And Rednaxela, finish up that bot and post it, already! Can't you call in sick to work or something? =) --Voidious 13:34, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

Better than everyone else except Shadow, of course :). I know I've had success improving Shadows melee movement, that page you mentioned brings back some memories :). About ShadowHawk, apart form HoF movement still being very competitive, I hope it also means my melee gun is very good. I would like to see where the other melee guns stand compared to mine. I'm probably also trying some slightly different combinations, ShadowHawk 1.0 doesn't switch to Shadows 1on1 movement, I'll try that next. --ABC 14:05, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
- I've been planning to post a test version of Diamond using just HOT, but maybe I'll do as you did for a closer comparison. Yes, your gun is quite excellent, to say the least. By the way, did you control the radar or keep HoF's radar? --Voidious 14:10, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

I notice you point out that Shadow 3.84 is only 1.2% APS ahead of ShadowHawk 1.0. Are you forgetting that 3.83 is 0.7% APS better than 3.84? (That's the version of Shadow I keep on my mental radar... =)) --Voidious 18:18, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
