I think this shouldn't be a category of article, but rather we should use the MediaWiki functions like stubs and cleanup notices. If we want a separate list, I think it should be a subpage of [[Migration]]. - When articles are marked with Template:Cleanup, they are put into this category automatically. The same thing happens with Template:Stub and Category:Stubs; this allows one to see at a glance what articles have been marked with each template.
