I took the MinimumRiskMovement from DustBunny, then messed around with it to try and see how it worked. I ended up randomly deleting chunks of it, and throwing in some circular code. #250 or so in RoboRumble. This is the first robot I put into the roborumble. It's movement is wavesurfing, a la the wiki's tutorial. The gun is just basic linear targeting.
