Background Information
What's special about it?
Uses a PM-lite gun which tries to really shrink code size of the usual wiki PM-gun Utilizes a look-up table for the multimode movement Inspired by Yatagan, PraldeGuerre, AralT
How competitive is it?
Currently ranked #4 in NanoRumble.
Strategy
How does it move?
Uses normal One-Way Orbit then Energy Drop Direction Switches then eventually to Random Oscillation Movement after a few deaths.
How does it fire?
It uses Pattern Matching (a PM-lite to be precise!) without match length iteration, any pattern misses (-1) would be Head-On Targeting

Additional Information
Where did you get the name?
My cat name is "Neko" (which is pretty much still means cat in Japanese), I added some flavor so it's more unique
Can I use your code?
Feel free to adopt, adapt and improve. Credits too when possible. :3
What's next for your robot?
This has probably reached its peak, until I find a way to shrink a full-blown PM gun.
Does it have any White Whales?
Most likely against Parallax.
What other robot(s) is it based on?
Yatagan, PralDeGuerre, WeekendObsession and Aral
I want to give a huge thank you to all the Robocode developers and contributors!
