I don't think it's intentional, and it looks like it can't be recovered from the file host. Have you considered trying a newer targeting challenge such as Targeting Challenge 2K7? --Ncj 02:45, 29 March 2011 (UTC)
Yeah, I grabbed 2K6 immediately after. Just wanted to point it out in the case someone had the .zip. --Ceasar 02:58, 29 March 2011 (UTC)
