We have no evidence that he is AGS or JK. The github account lists his name as James Zhang, which is also the name he gives in his copyrights. He seems to have taken AP comp sci in 2010, so I would estimate that he is in his early twenties. (This, by the way, is why you try to put as little information as possible online).
