Imperfect Perfection

I didn't understand what Imperfect Perfection is. I couldn't find it anywhere. What is it?

This was a reference to old rumble servers, which would throw away 100% scores in case one of the bots had crashed. So the idea was that if you had 100% at the end of a battle you should allow the opponent one small bullet hit so that you actually get a valid score.
