Please not another SittingDuck...

Hi mates. can i suggest to remove the new 'SittingDuck'. Its probably the worst that could happen to the melee rumble. Someone stated why it is, but i can't not found the thread right now. And beside, there is no competition on the end by just raising an exception to disable the bot as fast as possible.
