Kotlin

Hi all!
I'm back for a while:)
Neutrino is written on Kotlin and i test it with java 6 and 7 on windows and linux in robocode distribution without any changes and it works well, so i think there should not be trubles. But if anyone will experience them, please, let me know early, so i can switch back to java, when it's not too late

As long as it doesn't require a library to run I see no reason why not to allow it. It was this that kept Scala from becoming a major Robocode language.
