This is where I'll describe Fractal's movement. Right now, it does nothing impressive besides curve flattening, so for now, some hopefully intimidating graphs:

This is a 3D curve plotting angle horizontally from -50 to 50, distance vertically from 100 (bottom) to 890 (top), and chance to hit as brightness.
