TwinRumble gets fights against old version?

I got an issue with the rumble client/server. I get constantly fights against my old versions (TassieDevils 1.5 vs TassieDevils 1.6) The participants file holds only 1.6 so 1.5 should have been deleted and shouldn't get any battles anymore. Am i missing something or is this a known issue?

That does sound like an issue with the server. You could delete the old version from your rumble client - since it's not in the participants list, you won't re-download it.

Sometimes, an old bot can be re-added because someone stopped their client before uploading results and they were cached. In the past, this could also result in other clients running battles for that bot once it was re-added, but I thought Darkcanuck had fixed that issue.

Mmm... I can confirm this is most definitely for real... Congrats Wompi! I may have to look into tweaking LunarTwins some time... :)

Thanks mates. Yes for a short time it was real :). And it is good to see that i could encourage you to improve your bots.

@Rednaxela: Could you please change the LunarTwins_1.4 to be 1.6 compatible you compiled it with 1.7 and my mac don't like 1.7 :). And i really want to see the next generation Lunars. I guess you got rid of the droid or improved your wall detection.

take care

Ah, whoops. Fixed the java version compatibility now. Sorry about that.

Nope... those were not the changes ;)

No need for sorry. Well i hope my new version is a little more challenging for you :).

Hah, nice work. I did some poking around and I don't think LunarTwins will be beating that any time soon. It'd take a major overhaul, unlike the little tweak that was 1.4
