Initial Run - Version 0.5

DC Gun, dynamic weighting with normalisation improvements to be had, shoddy MEA calculation, no weighting knn results on distance.

Re-write - Version 0.7

Re-wrote large portions of the code, fixed a load of bugs. Score is pretty consistant with before but its doing much less work. Hopefully room for improvement now.

Re-write - Version 0.77

Simplified 0.7 so it doesn't skip turns, massive performance increase as a result! :o
