Intro
GITS stands for 'Ghost In The Shell', which is one of my favorite shows. A 'Ghost' is basically Higher Thought within a electronic device. 'Ghosts' generally have an advanced AI, compared to normal human Intelligence or the Thought Process in a CyberBrain.

I'm going to try and emulate a 'Ghost' within GITS, giving it Advanced Problem Solving, Targeting, and Radar usage.
