Krabby2 Freezing Apparently

So, I when running the new rumble version for testing, I noticed Krabby2 freezing mid-battle often. Turns out this is not a new thing.

Looking at the Roborumble Archives, the event suddenly happened some time between Jul 4th 2011, and Jul 11th 2011. I don't know the cause of the freezing yet, but thought I'd make note of it here.

Looking back at Wiki history, this is when we switched from Robocode 1.6 to 1.7 for the rumble

I remember we were doing a bunch of "does everything still work?" checks back then, but it appears Krabby2 fell through the cracks, and whatever changed that is hurting it is still the case as of the current version.

I suggest we just take it out of the participants list. I seem to remember there were some others that freeze regularly too - perhaps in melee.

Its been saying "Robot Krabb.krabby2.Krabby2 1.9o is not stopping. Forcing a stop." constantly on my computer.

Sometimes whenever Krabby2 1.9o gets Chenged_dir!! it freezes. I think we should fix that. Edit: I found the problem ReverseMovement.java and ReverseMovement.class in Krabby2 1.9o use iso-8859-1 instead of us-ascii
