I don't think it's intentional, and it looks like it can't be recovered from the file host. Have you considered trying a newer targeting challenge such as Targeting Challenge 2K7? --Ncj 02:45, 29 March 2011 (UTC)

I'm just heading to bed, but I'm sure someone can find the .zip or post the bots themselves. That said, I would recommend Targeting Challenge RM as an alternative. It has a great selection of random movement bots from the original TC, TC2K6, and TC2K7, and there are more modern guns in the results to compare against. --Voidious 03:02, 29 March 2011 (UTC)
