Java 17

Java 17 on mac has a new Java2D pipeline based on Metal: https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8238361

So RobocodeGL could be discontinued now, as the whole point of using OpenGL is for better rendering performance.

Then, vertical synchronization & frame interpolation part could be integrated into official Robocode.
