literumble needs update

I think it is better to allow newer version to participate and to regenerate stats. It might boost number of contributors.

Robocode is hard enough to start. Not everyone will have enough patience to see that it requires older version for rumble. Besides it is better to debug/prototype a bot with the same version of robocode and rumble.

Cb, you should see stats for your bot now.

I previously excluded it in my client, since earlier version of Remedy use to hang. Since I was the only one who were uploading new battles you were excluded from updates. Now it should be fine, just make sure that in future your bot does not have to many skipped turns which is a sign of slow and non responsive bot.
