Wall Smoothing/Max Escape Stick

Max Escape Stick is a new kind of wall stick by combining PPMEA and Non-Iterative Wall Smoothing. Instead of using fixed circle as wall stick, Max Escape Stick uses Escape Circle. This is perfectly wall smoothing maximizing Maximum Escape Angle.
