Can't believe I've managed to get Agent Smith past Sandbox DT. Although it loses to DT in a 1v1 (45% APS currently), it is now ranked higher in the Rumble so Agent Smith now has the crown for the best bot from the UK (AFAIK)!
Whoop! And I still have loads of features to try, plus I've not even started to think about getting genetic algorithms working to tune the (hundreds) of parameters in the bot. Its looking good. Druss GT I'm coming for you!*
(I'm under no illusions that this is going to be an incredibly tough thing to do, but a challenge is always good motivation! I imagine getting from 100th to 50th is much, much easier than getting 50th to 1st.)
