Basic minimum risk mover does not care about targeting, it just wants to flee to the position with the least risk. With other words, away from any opponent.

I meant, sometimes they also dodge bullets. Opposite corner is better minimum risk bots who doesn't dodge bullets. It is also better than [[HOT]] against others because bots don't dodge opposite corner targeting.
