What else should be listed here? I think that's a pretty complete description of what a GuessFactor is. Note that GuessFactor != any specific targeting method. I thought that more technical information about any targeting method that makes use of GFs would have its own page (and possibly go under "See also"). --Voidious 18:11, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

Hmm, I suppose a code example would be appropriate, anyway. I'll do that later today. --Voidious 18:18, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
What I was thinking was more detailed description and pictures. This should be an introductory page for someone just getting started with GuessFactor Targeting. Look at some of the sentences we already have: "A GuessFactor of 1.0 represents the bearing offset that the enemy would reach if he maximized his escape angle while moving in his current direction relative to the firing bot." --AaronR 18:38, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
See, I disagree somewhat. I do think a simple code example for collecting a GuessFactor and a picture would be good additions. The picture could show two bots, indicate the firing bot and the target, show the target bot's direction, highlight the slice of area that represents the max escape angle for one of them, and label 1 and -1. But in my opinion, pictures for describing the use of Waves should be on the Waves page, and the GuessFactor Targeting (traditional) page should have the introduction to the actual targeting system. Obviously GuessFactor Targeting should be (and is) the first link under "See also". --Voidious 18:45, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
I like that idea for a picture. Wikipedia has a template specifically for "This article needs pictures", but I don't want the wiki to drown in templates yet. --AaronR 18:52, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
