Sorry guys I made a mistake in previous calculation.
Correct calculation says if you are moving at constant lateral velocity — then 8 is the best for both 3.0 bullet and 0.1 bullet.
Then I would try to use some variable lateral velocity to find the theoretical MEA ;)
