GITS stands for 'Ghost In The Shell', which is one of my favorite shows. A 'Ghost' is basically Higher Thought within a electronic device. 'Ghosts' generally have an advanced AI, compared to normal human Intelligence or the Thought Process in a CyberBrain.

Currently, it doesn't until I get a semi-working GhostGun working

Currently, it doesn't. AAGM has plans to include some sort of bullet dodging later on.
