1.7.1.4 Alphas

One of the changes slated for Robocode 1.7.1.4 is a new updateMovement() method, which determines the velocity of each bot based on their commands and the rules of Robocode. I'm running some extensive tests on the 1.7.1.4 Alphas and 1.6.1.4 so that we can compare.
