- Fixed some things that I believe was affecting Enyo's ratings.

- Added segmentation to the wave surfing code.
- Added code to allow Enyo to save stats between matches.

- Added new movement code, changing the basic random movement to
a much more complex Wave Surfing movement scheme based on BasicGTSurfer.

- Uses wide lock radar.
- Has circular targeting.
