Background Information

What's special about it?
It is a nanobot, a perceptual bot and a rambot. Add the 3 together and the result is an annoying problem bot.
How competitive it is?
It is one of the strongest perceptual bots in the rumble.
It can also defeat a few WaveSurfing/GuessFactor megabots with bad energy management.

Strategy

How does it move?
Ramming Movement inspired on GrubbmThree. It follows the same direction the gun is pointing at.
How does it fire?
Linear Targeting.
How does it dodge bullets?
It doesn´t.
How does the melee strategy differ from one-on-one strategy?
It doesn´t.
How does it select a target to attack/avoid in melee ?
It always picks the last scanned target. Can´t see any other way to select targets with perceptual bots.
What does it save between rounds and matches?
Nothing.

Additional Information

Where did you get the name?
From BulletCatcher, but it tries to hit bots instead of bullets.
Can I use your code?
Yes, although almost all of the code is already on the wiki.
What's next for your robot?
Maybe some genetic tuning on the energy management.
But probably nothing, there is not much room for improvement unless I sacrifice one of the 3 main caracteristics (nanobot, perceptual bot and rambot).
What other robot(s) is it based on?
GrubbmThree ("following its own bullets" idea)
