100% HOF Score

Recently I've been gradually extending Glacier's melee movement in the hopes of making it good at 1v1 surfing too. The overall results are nothing too special yet, however I just want to say, hunting for a perfect score versus HOF has been a rather good way to hunt for bugs and useful special cases. A while back on GresSuffurd's talk page there was discussion about surely 100 vs HOF being possible. Well, turns out it very much is :)
