Virtual Combat reboot -> RoboMaze

I am looking to bring Virtual Combat (on the now defunct branch custom-battlefields2-workspace) up to date with the current master for RoboCode. This is so a student of mine, James Braggins, can use it as the basis for a simulated maze solving challenge.

Thanks. Was aware of BerryBots, but prefer the RoboCode's Java to their Lua. However, James will need to review BerryBots in his theory section.
