Some update ideas

- Adjusting energy drop table to oscillate when the enemy fires the same tick as a bullet hit (and possibly some wall hits).
- Changing the pattern matching search to a do-while loop to save 3 bytes. (I vaguely remember testing this years ago. Compiler update?)
- Rounding lateral velocities for better accuracy against bots like Acero. (I haven't carefully tested how this changes scores.)
